In labor law portfolio we provide legal services to both, the employers and the employees. We are particularly focused on the area of individual labor relations, namely onto:
- Preparation of particular labor relation cases (employment contracts, contracts of work outside of regular employment, termination of employment);
- representation of clients in labor disputes (in cases of compensation due to invalid termination of the employment);
- representation of clients in administrative proceedings before the appropriate state administration authorities dealing with employment policy and compulsory insurance covered by the employer;
- Consultancy due to optimizing contractual relations to comply with labor law and employment policy regulations as well consultancy in termination of employment relationships, including mass layoff.
