Graduated from the University of Masaryk, Brno, Law Faculty and Faculty of Philosophy. He began his legal career as a State Prosecutor trainee. He worked for 11 years as high government official in the area of defense policy at the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Defense. From 2009 to 2010 he was the adviser to the Minister of Interior, from 2010 to 2011 he was a Member of the Government Legislative Council, he worked as a judicial expert in social science, from 2010 he acts as an attorney (Attorney). He specializes in public, real estate law and personality rights. He participated in the Pro Bono project within which he provided legal aid to the victims of crime and discrimination. He was involved in preparation of number of legislations in the field of criminal and administrative law. In the recent years he is also focused on the area of information and communication technologies, including cyber defense. He provides specialized legal aids in the field of law enforcement, construction postal service and water related law.
